are two different techniques for making these cards. With both
techniques we start with flattening the rice straw with the help
of a scissor. - We take the flattened straw,
with our fingers we put glue on the back of it and then cut it
with a razor blade and glue it piece for piece onto the velvet paper.
- Or
we draw the motive (e.g. Elephant, House, Shepherds, etc.) on a piece
of paper, glue the flattened straw on the backside of it and cut the
shape out with a scissor. Then we take the cut pieces and glue
them with lots of skills onto the velvet paper.
